I / we Agree to pay an adoption/rehoming fee in the amount of $75.00 For Cat/kitten Adoption or $125.00 For Dog/puppy Adoption & we understand this fee is used towards Helping "Pick of The Litter Animal Rescue" in rescuing (& FULLY VET) their next cats/dogs. We also, understand that this fee is due Upon Signing the ADOPTION CONTRACT & AGREEMENT with "Pick Of The Litter ANIMAL RESCUE CORP." & will not be Refundable.

I / we Agree that we will provide professional vet care, a nutritious diet, and a happy, safe, loving, home. For our adopted cat/dog.

I / we Agree that we will return the cat/ dog safely & ONLY to " Pick Of The Litter Animal Rescue Corp" in the case that a situation occurs that causes you to no longer be able to care for animal for any reason what so ever. That you will give "Pick Of the Litter Animal Rescue Corp" a 24 hour notice prior to returning animal.

I / we Agree that no member of our household has ever been convicted of animal cruelty to animals or animal abuse / neglect charges of any kind.

I / We knowledge that signing this contract im agreeing to all of the terms and policies listed above and that all information ive given is true to the best of my knowledge.
